Grosly disappointed in their true conduct

Metro by T-Mobile is sister company to T-Mobile and they deliberately don't connect you to the warranty department to replace your phone! Horrible to treat consumers this way especially disabled consumers who need their phone to contact Drs etc in events of emergency 🦺😢 I'm one of those people!!!! Why pay for warranties if they keep you from using it? Their values of their consumers is horrible! And if they truly put customers first they wouldn't give their own employees the run around when they try to help the consumers!!!!!! 😢sad currently on the phone trying to reach Mike severe currently CEO , president, and board of director member!

However, my "consiglieri" from SCORE told me that the person/entity who makes the investment into the project should get a 25% share of the business.
